Yanaka Ginza is a compact, nostalgic shopping street in Tokyo’s Yanaka neighborhood where the old Shitamachi atmosphere still lingers. About 70 family-run shops sell snacks, sweets, crafts and antiques, and you can stroll past low wooden storefronts, visit the nearby Yanaka Cemetery and the Daimyo Clock Museum, and soak up a slower, photogenic side of the city.
