The Railway Museum in Saitama is a spacious JR East–affiliated museum opened in 2007, featuring nearly 9,500 m² of indoor exhibition space that tells the story of Japan’s railways. Visitors can see full-size trains up close and explore informative displays that make the evolution of rail travel easy and engaging for all ages.
